RoleSage is being built with the intention of becoming a Certified B Corporation.

We are aligning our governance, product design, and operations with B Corp principles from the start. This means prioritising fair outcomes over short-term optimisation. It means building transparency and accountability into how we work, not treating them as afterthoughts.

Hiring affects people's lives. We believe companies building tools in this space have a responsibility to get it right, not just for customers, but for everyone the system touches.

We use AI to help organise and clarify information. It assists people in understanding candidate experience more fully. It does not make hiring decisions.

Every insight our system provides traces back to evidence. Humans remain accountable for the decisions they make. This is not a limitation; it is the point.
