RoleSage AI connectors
RoleSage connectors let candidates use approved AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, with the structured application data they already store in RoleSage.
What the connector can do
The first connector tools are read-only. They can list recent applications for the signed-in candidate and create a bounded CV customization brief for a selected or latest application.
The brief includes relevant RoleSage profile, application, skill, and evidence data so the candidate can ask their preferred AI tool to draft a CV in their own style.
What the connector cannot do
It does not let the AI tool edit your RoleSage profile or applications.
It does not expose internal RoleSage account, candidate, profile, or application IDs as user inputs.
It does not read Claude or ChatGPT conversations, memory, files, or chat history.
Authentication and access
Connecting an AI tool redirects you to RoleSage to sign in and approve access. Tokens are scoped to candidate CV brief access and can be revoked from RoleSage.
RoleSage uses the connector token to identify the account and candidate. Users should not need to paste RoleSage IDs into their AI tool.
Data use
Candidates own the profile and application data they put into RoleSage. Connector calls return only the data needed for the requested connector function.
RoleSage records connector usage and security audit events to protect accounts, enforce limits, and investigate abuse. Connector logs do not store full CV brief payloads.
